Classes can be modified to suit group objectives, and can be done on location in Nutley New Jersey, or I travel throughout the tri-state area.

Mozzarella and Ricotta

  • Class length 1.5-2 hours
  • Prices starting at $55/person, 8 student minimum

  • Prices starting at $75/person, 5 student minimum
  • Learn to make a cheese from start to finish
  • Halloumi is made to be fried and is dangerously addictive

I offer all-day seminars for more advanced groups looking to learn how to make a cheese start to finish. I can teach Cheddar Curds, Feta, Brie/Camembert, or Gouda. Please inquire about pricing and schedule below.
